Silicon printed graphics on the left thigh and rear.$20 - $1000
Will these graphics fade? I kinda hope so
Nice, but too long.
pull the leg up
too long why dont you just buy a speedo and use that
Pretty cool shorts.
did you buy them? or just wanted to say their pretty cool.
lol
Not a big fan of the long shorts. I'd love to see some traditional TRUE Vale Tudo shorts! I like to intimidate my opponents by showing lots of man thigh.
To anyone who bought the Bad Boy Heavy Bag Gloves a couple weeks ago, did any of you guy's product rip inside? Mines did. Not sure if this is how bad boy is or i just got unlucky. Im not trippin because i got it for half price but now im just wondering about bad boy's quality.
quit trippin!!
You be trippin'!!
This site is so awesome. It keeps me in suspense and I keep coming back to see what's up. I don't buy anything, but one day....one day
LOL glad i am not the only one.
screw you, I almost bought something once, but they ran out of my size once....another time I waited too long...
You guys are just afraid of these shorts because they're white and everyone would be able to tell when you piss your pants.
I love wearing white vale tudo shorts. For some reason, no matter what your cup size, white vale tudo shorts make you look humongous. that alone will scare most of your opponents into submission
thats why i wear two cups when i compete
Dude...that was hilarious!
I wear a cup backwards to protect the backside.
Anyone need a large Manto Rashguard?
yes!
Sure
so many fuckin trolls on this place...
Hahah Sunny
Punch mitts please good ones preferably with a half ball inner support and no hyabusa punch mitts there shit sucks
You guys have been putting up great stuff, but it seems like the items are not really on high demand. How about including a poll or something so that the customers can vote on the next deal? That way you don't get trolls in the discussion section and sales would likely improve.
Beggars can't be choosers.
We're customers, not beggars.
Though I like the idea, we shouldn't think that it will stop people from complaining. Lets be honest - every day, no matter the product, people piss and moan about something. "this isn't a deal", "this brand is crap", "no more bjj stuff" - it's unrealistic to think this will stop as everyone has their own opinion on brands as well as what they want to see on the site, so a poll won't allow us to not have to read this crap anymore. I'm sure some will find a way to complain about the poll itself. Again, I don't dislike the idea, I just don't think it will change what we see in the discussion section.
"Beggars can't be choosers." very true
You guys are doing a great job, don't listen to the trolls and haters. I love the badboy headgear that I got for a steal here, I hope for some shin pads like the new generation fairtex or another cup sale. The cups sold so quick, I couldn't even order one.
I hope they shut this site down so everybody could pay full price for everything instead of bitching all day long about it
feedback is key to successful business.
It's unfortunate that the feedback comes from ungrateful bitches a lot of the time.
Feedback is awesome but theres a difference between useless feedback (i.e. fuck this shit) and constructive feedback (i.e. I'd like a pair of Sprawl shorts, anyone else agree with me?).
Or they could just take away anonymous posting...
^^^^^ thats the best idea yet
second
coming from Anonymous and Frank ___? lol
Sforza bitch
What ever happened to eye catching or clever logos. Most new companies seem lazy and just use a crappy font.
Some companies focus on quality not "eye-catching" logos.
I said clever too, but you may not be enough to notice. Also tell that to microsoft or apple; maybe you're unfamiliar with marketing or advertising.
This company also has multiple logos. http://www.truefightgear.com/
Other logo is better
My point is its cheaper to slap some simple font on overseas manufactered gear, rather than have a better logo. Eye catching or clever logos are a big part of big brand names. Sellers like gorilla gear would probably sky rocket in sales if they spent some time working on a logo and original font that sets them apart in a good way; not in a 'hey that looks halfass' way.
Branding Is the most important part of business. Though sometimes simplie script is fine and catches plenty of attention. Like sprawl. But a logo is important. But not as important as the name. Gorilla gear won't work because the name sucks. Has nothing to do with logo. It's uncle Al's computer store. No one will go there. More thought and attention should be given to naming a company than any other aspect. Just facts.
Brand names and logos mean absolutely nothing. It matters what the pros use and also matters on the quality of a product. Logos and brand names are for spoiled teenagers. Nothing you said is fact. You cant call an opinion a fact. Id rather wear blank shorts from a company that provides top quality, then a shitty product with a nice logo.
Agree naming/branding is important, but if a business is set and invested in a name, it can be saved by a decent logo or script; not times new roman. Companies like Nike and adidas weren't automatically successful because of their name. If they came out now(especially just with a simple script and without a logo), people might just make fun of the pronunciations.
Why would you care about the logo on your gear? In my opinion the things you should be worried about gear-wise are durability issues, types of materials being used, things of this nature. If your buying MMA gear for the logos and how "cool" they look you might want to change your extra curricular activities to maybe checkers or connect four.
Logos are important for individuals who have no understanding what gear is for. Lets break it down your "super cool BAD BOY" logo on your headgear isn't going to stop a "super cool cro cop kick" to the head. Logos are for people who have no understanding of real martial arts and are more concerned with how they look as opposed to how well they are protected.
Quality performing gear is the obvious part. Gotta draw in the customers some how, not gonna do it with generic looking gear(not speaking of any in particular). Some people who aren't concerned with physical appearance, probably have no idea how business works.
there is a reason these retail for 29.99 instead of 49.99. I'm sure they can cover them with graphics and charge more but not everyone wants that
Just by reading over their website they appear to place function before fashion. Some people just want gear that works well and is affordable.
We're not talking about plastering in graphics, we're talking coming up with a better script and logo. If they want to limit their market to people who don't care how the product looks, then its their loss in sales. Their business is new and probably is doing just fine, but getting some design advice for future products will likely help them expand their client base. All that said, I think this brand has thought about how they want the graphics and can see what they are trying to imitate, but IMO it falls short and doesn't appeal to a mass crowd. Maybe they could play around with creative block lettering(maybe colors, maybe lower case t). Possibly go with truegear or acronym TFG for the logo, or some object that represents being true or accurate. If design doesn't matter, then most can just go buy blank gear from various sellers; rather than having some confusing graphics like true on your butt, or the letter T with a star.
btw, despite all that's been said....most of their gear looks actually decent. The rashguards actually look nice(probably will be ordering), the shinguards look interesting and the boxing gloves look like they are more compact/stream lined which would nice better mma training, similar to the apemans, but cheaper. I think if they changed around the script/font along with a logo and stayed consistent with the graphics this company could really make a name for itself. anyway HTH and IM OUT. :)
These look like drawers.
I think that particular pair is too big for the dummy they put it on. If you look at the website, they fit much tighter.
I'm 5'7 and weigh 272, what size Gi should I get, also my waist is 44in. And I normally wear an XXL in shirts
Wow, those measurements are hilarious.
Can you help me out please
I know a guy 5'2 260 with ~1% bodyfat.

"I know a guy 5'2 260 with ~1% bodyfat." Sure you do. I also know a guy who is 6'8 360 with 1% bodyfat.

Hahahha $60 Fuji Gi literally 6 days ago.
Awesome. Please hook us up with some head gear!!! Need some for sparring ASAP!
I am 5'8, 240 pounds, which size do I get? I don't know how to measure pant sizes and I cannot see my feet. Oh well, it doesn't matter, when you practice UFC, kicking is overrated and for nubs.
Nobody's 5'8 anymore.
