This is a heavy throwing and grappling dummy that is built tough to take throws and ground pound and features triple-ply synthetic leather for a long life.$155
never cross your feet
just what i was thinking, the black dude is goona break the dummies ankles in the third picture
^lol
i love catching newbs with that haha
Newbs should not take your back!
Elmarco, you let newbs take all types of positions or they never learn mistakes like the one pictured above. Besides, if you're a senior ranking belt, what good is it smashing on new guys all the time, let them put you in bad spots and work your way out. Hell, I let new guys start fully mounted or with both hooks in on the back all the time.
"I let guys start from the back all the time" ~Shane Mount(ed)
Except, he's got the dummy in a kimura, which means he's not in back, he's in guard.
Still purple Shane?
Hey Shane I was just busting his chops a little!! All in good fun.
What belt ranking are you Shane?
LOL it looks like you guys are the newbs by criticizing the actor you made a mistake yourself, it's in guard as Ian said. ;)newbie actor 1-0
they're talking about the pic at the end where the guy has the dummies back and crosses his legs. not the kimura pic.
Could you pull off most techniques on this dummy?
