got the shorts version of this a few months back. pretty good but don't like how flat it is. the shock doctor one is curved, sit comfortably. it's great for the price tho

this cup offers more in the way of aesthetics than protection. too many holes and fancy designs, not enough solid protection. gotta love the random dude with no credentials talking this cup up in the video. another funny side note, they show people wearing this cup for every sport but mma/martial arts lol. the Shock Doctor Bio-Flex cup is far superior! lets get some of those upon here for sale.

I have the cup and wear it in normal Shock Doctor or Jaco compression shorts. I usually wear the Jaco Guardian to normal BJJ class, but on open mat rolling days I just use the Spider Guard cup. On comfort, the cup is unbelievable for rolling. Feels like it isn't there, but by some satanic physics magic, errant knee passes are almost unnoticed. When it comes out of the package it will seem so flimsy that you will want to throw it out, but after one practice you'll be a believer.............for pure BJJ practice. I wouldn't use it for anything other than BJJ, though. For striking or MMA, go with the Jaco Guardian or a steel Muay Thai cup.
