    They don't work

What's worse is that there is a lot of evidence being generated that they actually have negative long term effects.

lol just like that study for all the natural male testosterone boosters that say it works right.... fail.. tons of studys out there countering this one. just look up hypoxia induced training.

your website you posted only had (16) moderately trained team sports players, born and living at sea level, with an average age of 20 years old and weight of 175 lbs

JUST 16.. ANY WHAT IT DOUBLE BLIND STUDY? NO ! NO WERE DOES IT SAY THAT.

Yet it does have a good ad or two to buy there product on that web site.

    Fail.... do the real research

Hypoxia induced training can change your metabolizum on a cellular level.. Increasing how your body works on lactic acid. IE the anerobic energy source. Which is what most fighters use.

Rhadi Ferguson - olympic judo player - look him up and just type in his name .pdf in a google search youll get some good articles (ones he wrote as reacher papers while in school) that put yours (loaded with buy my product) page away.

Here's one from the national institute of health then that clearly states that it has no benefits to athletes if you prefer.

This mask is for filtering dust, chemicals, etc. It's not for O2 training, but I dont' see much of a difference with the O2 training masks that cost 3X as much. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0054LH4W2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&s=lawn-garden

We have discussed these every time they come up. They DO NOT WORK. You CANNOT simulate high altitude training by restricting oxygen intake. Training Mask just pays a bunch of people to say they use it and sponsor alot of others. It's junk. Now Bas is trying to jump on the bandwagon of people who buy anything seen on a UFC banner.

No difference in these masks and wearing a plastic bag over your head.
