I am contacting you about my order for size 16 ounce PunchTown Muay Thai Gloves $60. I don't know if you received my earlier inquiries through your message link. No one has replied to any of them. A simple response of status would help. This is why I'm trying to contact you through the discussion board. First of all, thanks for the fast shipping of the item. I am impressed with the quality of these gloves and commend you for dealing with great products on your site. I am a return customer. However, the gloves that you sent me are defective and I want a replacement.

I tried them on and right away I noticed that the back of the left glove has been depressed/crushed into a crumpled thinness along the lip over the wrist, which is a rather important area in maintaining the glove's form and functionality, not to mention the safety in providing added wrist support. This left hand glove is defective in this regard since this occurred in manufacturing and doesn't appear to be something caused in mishandling, poor storage, or faulty delivery. Secondly, I felt that the glove just didn't fit right compared to the right side glove. It felt significantly smaller. I looked them over. Side by side, the left hand glove is almost a FULL INCH shorter than the right. Another example of the gloves manufacturer defect.

Now, I would gladly accept a replacement 16ounce pair of the PunchTown Muay Thai gloves. Otherwise I would also accept a size 14 ounce if you don't have 16s or if your remaining 16s are all defective in the same way.

In any case, I wish for you to come up with some kind of resolution. As stated earlier, I am a satisfied return customer, and I hope to do further business in the future.

Do these gloves run small

I have the 16 boxing glove in the same natural leather line, they are good gloves but the padding is REALLY stiff.

Was ready to order Bad Boy shin guards and can't find them now. Are they sold out?
