Use a cloth measuring tape and measure around the circumference of your knuckles. If you'll be wrapping your hands, measure with the wrapping done. Medium: 7" to 8" Large: 8" to 9"

get their mma safety sparring gloves. their mma fight gloves are mediocre but their mma style sparring gloves are top notch, even used on ultimate fighter seasons 1-3
Because they were sponsors, not because the quality. Century makes a ton of MMA gear and sponsored the last few seasons of TUF. Their items are absolute garbage.
idk what some people are thinking when they say that these gloves are "mediocre." this is a sick deal! SCI makes some of the best gear I have ever trained with, get these while you can!

Ah, Thai shorts. A couple of good shorts sales are coming up, but they're coming from Thailand and are taking their sweet time making it over here. I don't think we'll have them up in the next week, I'm afraid.
