I have a giant head, and going by the size chart posted elsewhere, the XL would be too small for this headgear. But sometimes an XL will fit in another brand. That's why we have size charts.

Stop being so damn argumentative. Help each other out on gear. Different head gear has different adjustability. He may be at the end of the adjustment range on a Med. and at the lower end on a Large. There is no way all head gear is the same, leather stretches more than synthetic stuff like Winning.
